Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how InAI Capital Advisor LLC (“InAI Capital,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website, research publications, and quantitative data products.

Our subscription research service is live; the quantitative data products are being rolled out. This policy covers both. Billing terms are set out separately in our Terms of Service.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Information. When you register an account, subscribe to our services, use a contact form, or sign up for our newsletter, we may collect your name, email address, and company or organization name.

Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with our services, including pages visited, features used, IP address, browser type, device information, and referring URLs.

Payment Data. Payment transactions are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Stripe’s handling of your payment information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Subscription Records. For subscribers we store the email address on the account, the plan held, the subscription status, the current billing period end date, and the identifiers Stripe uses for your customer and subscription records. We hold these so that we can grant the right level of access and answer billing questions; they contain no card data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Managing your account and authenticating access to subscribed products
  • Delivering research reports, quantitative data products, and related notifications
  • Sending publication alerts and product updates you have opted into
  • Improving product quality, reliability, and user experience
  • Responding to your inquiries and support requests
  • Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Payment processor · Stripe, which processes subscription payments and issues receipts. Stripe receives your email address and payment details directly.
  • Email delivery · the provider that delivers sign-in links, billing notices, and product updates on our behalf. It receives your email address and the contents of those messages.
  • Hosting and database · United States based cloud hosting and managed database providers that operate the infrastructure our services run on.
  • Analytics · tools that help us understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the services.
  • Legal requirements · when disclosure is required by law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including TLS encryption for data in transit, secure infrastructure, and access controls that limit data access to authorized personnel. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide our services. If you request account closure, we will delete your personal data within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records. Records of completed transactions — invoices, receipts, and the amounts paid — are retained for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account is closed. Those records are kept by Stripe as well as by us.

6. Cookies & Analytics

Essential cookies. We use cookies that are strictly necessary for authentication, session management, and remembering your preferences.

Analytics cookies. We use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site, which helps us improve content and functionality.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect your ability to use certain features of our services.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data
  • Request deletion of your personal data
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
  • Request portability of your data in a structured, machine-readable format

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at [email protected].

8. International Data Transfers

Our services are operated from the United States. If you access our services from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States. By using our services, you consent to the transfer of your information to the US and its processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

9. Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email prior to the changes taking effect. We encourage you to review this page periodically for the latest information on our privacy practices.
