Terms of Service

InAI Capital Advisor LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming and registered to do business in the State of California.

We publish independent research on the AI, semiconductor, robotics, and energy sectors, and we produce quantitative datasets and signals covering the China A-share market. Our regulatory status and the limits of what we do are set out in full on the Compliance page; Section 9 below repeats the part that matters most.

Sign-in. Access uses a one-time link sent to your email address — there is no password. Anyone with access to your inbox can sign in as you, so keep it secure.

One account, one person. Subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. Sharing sign-in links or account credentials with others is a breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, and you must be at least 18 years old to subscribe.

Plans. Research ($20 per month), Quant Pro ($50 per month), and Full Quant Intelligence ($100 per month). Which plans are available for purchase at a given time is shown on the subscribe page.

Currency and cycle. All prices are stated in US dollars and billed monthly in advance.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number. Your card statement will show INAI CAPITAL ADVISOR.

Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for each successful payment. Invoices and full payment history are available in the billing portal, reachable from your account page.

Cards issued outside the United States. Stripe may display and charge the amount in your local currency at its published exchange rate. The US dollar figure above is the amount we receive.

Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until you cancel.

Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal, reachable from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep full access until that date, and you are not charged again.

Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, including for periods you do not use, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because cancellation preserves access through the period you paid for, cancelling does not shorten what you have already bought.

Changing plans. If you switch plans mid-period the difference is prorated. Moving to a higher plan bills the difference immediately; moving to a lower plan credits the unused portion against your next invoice.

Price changes. We may change prices. Existing subscribers will receive at least 30 days’ notice by email before a change takes effect, and may cancel before then.

If a renewal charge fails, Stripe automatically retries it over a short period. Your access continues during that window and for up to 14 days after the end of the period you last paid for.

We email you when a renewal fails so you can update your payment method in the billing portal. If payment is not recovered within the grace period, the account returns to the free tier. Your account and its history are not deleted, and you can resubscribe at any time.

You may read our publications, download them for your own research, and quote brief excerpts with attribution to InAI Capital.

You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or republish our research or data, in whole or in substantial part
• Share account access, sign-in links, or credentials with anyone else
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download the services by automated means
• Use the services to build or train a competing research product, dataset, or model
• Circumvent the paywall or any other access control
• Remove attribution or misrepresent the source of our work

Breach of this section is the one case in which we may terminate a paid subscription without refund.

API access, bulk data delivery, and white-label arrangements are offered under a separate written agreement and are subject to their own rate limits and license terms. See Enterprise for details.

All research, analysis, investment frameworks (including the Bit-Watt framework), quantitative models, datasets, and website content are the proprietary intellectual property of InAI Capital Advisor LLC. A subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them as described in Section 6 — it does not transfer ownership of anything. Nothing we publish — in research reports, quantitative data, website content, email, or social media — constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security.

We do not manage client capital, hold client assets, or provide advice tailored to any individual’s circumstances. Past performance of any signal, factor, model, or backtested result does not guarantee future results, and any data-driven strategy can experience significant losses.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making them. The full disclosure is on our Compliance page.

Quantitative data is sourced from public market feeds and processed algorithmically. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee that it is complete, correct, or timely. Errors, gaps, and delays can arise from upstream sources or from our own processing.

The services are provided without an uptime guarantee. Data updates run on trading days on a published schedule, and that schedule may change.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; in those jurisdictions the above applies to the maximum extent permitted.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, in particular Section 6. Where a paid subscription is terminated for breach, no refund is due.

You may stop using the services at any time; to end billing, cancel as described in Section 4.

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 30 days before they take effect, and will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the services after that date means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. InAI Capital Advisor LLC is also registered to do business in the State of California.

Nothing in these Terms deprives a consumer of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of the country or state in which they reside.
