Email [email protected]. We reply within one to two business days, Pacific time.

To get a useful answer on the first reply, please include:

• The email address on your account (we look accounts up by email)
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• For billing questions, the receipt number from the Stripe email

Please do not send us your card number, CVC, or any password. We never need them, and we cannot see them — card details go directly to Stripe.

Everything about billing lives in one place: sign in, open your account page, and follow the link to the billing portal. From there you can:

• Update or replace your payment method
• Switch to a different plan — the difference is prorated either way
• Cancel — you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for
• Download every invoice and receipt

Cancelling does not delete your account. You keep your sign-in and can resubscribe at any time.

There is no password. Enter your email on the sign-in page and we send a one-time link. Click it and you are in.

The link did not arrive. Check your spam or promotions folder first — it comes from [email protected]. Adding that address to your contacts helps. If it still has not arrived after a few minutes, request another.

The link says it is invalid. Each link works once and expires. If you requested several, only the most recent one works — open the newest email. Opening it in the same browser you requested it from is the most reliable.

Wrong email. Access follows the email address that was subscribed. If you paid with one address and are signing in with another, write to us and we will move the subscription across.

Receipts. Stripe emails a receipt for every successful payment. Every invoice is also available in the billing portal.

Your card statement will show INAI CAPITAL ADVISOR. If you see a charge you do not recognise, that is us — please write to us before disputing it with your bank, and we will sort it out faster.

Currency. Prices are in US dollars. If your card was issued outside the United States, Stripe may charge you in your local currency at its own exchange rate.

A renewal payment failed. Stripe retries automatically, and your access continues throughout — and for 14 days after the end of your paid period. Update your card in the billing portal and the retry will go through.

Refunds. Payments already made are not refunded, but cancelling never shortens access you have already paid for. The full terms are in Section 4 of our Terms of Service.

Research — $20/month. Full access to every research report and the Wiki Atlas, including the Bit-Watt framework write-ups.

Quant Pro — $50/month. The China A-share quantitative data products: the dimension matrix, stock profiles, and daily signals. This plan does not include the research reports.

Full Quant Intelligence — $100/month. Everything in both plans.

Some products are still in build; the subscribe page shows what is available today, and the dashboard marks anything not yet shipping.

If you think a figure is wrong, please tell us — include the page and the number you are looking at. Data corrections are treated as a priority.
